Mike knows the area well and knows what it takes to buy a home. Many homes we looked at required work and a good inspector. Thankfully, Mike offered some solid advice and got a great local inspector. Saved me a lot of time and money. Definitely would recommend.

Being a new homebuyer, and coming from out of state Mike has shown an unbelievable amount of patients and has kept me happy through the whole process, he is very efficient he answers his phone right away and if he is busy he gets back to me within an hour, the first time I talked with him, Was around 10pm. And he answered every question I had even though I didn't have any money to purchase yet.
